退款政策

No order cancellation, refunds or exchange due to change of mind will be entertained for all goods sold through our physical retail or online shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received a package with damaged or incorrect item(s), please email our Customer Service team at hello@luckycoffee.club

All defects or wrong items must be reported within seven (7) days from receiving the package. 

To submit a return request, please email to hello@luckycoffee.club with the following details:

  • Receipt/Order ID
  • Purchase Date
  • Brand/Product
  • Photo

Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your return request. Once your request has been approved, all items must be returned in its original packaging within the next seven (7) days to 12 Woodlands Square, Woods Square Tower 1, #05-85, Singapore 737715.

No returns or exchange will be allowed for any sale and/or promotional items.

Lucky Coffee Club is not responsible and will not be liable for any exchange of goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use.

Lucky Coffee Club reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.

For avoidance of doubt, working days include Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
